Program Registrations and Age Group and Session Confirmation
Places in the Nippers 2025/26 program once again filled very quickly this year. It was wonderful to once again see such strong enthusiasm and support for the program. At the same time, we recognise that the high level of demand means some families were unable to secure a place this year. For these families, we acknowledge your disappointment and appreciate your understanding.
Age group and session time confirmation emails will be sent out this Friday, 21 November 2025, to registered families.
Program Waitlist
Although all places are now full, we will be opening a waitlist to fill any places that may become available. The waitlist will open at 7:00 pm on Saturday, 22 November, and a link will be available on the Nippers registration page.
If the waitlist link is not active or the waitlist form asks for a password, please try refreshing your browser window — on Windows OS press F5, and on macOS press Command (⌘) + R.
Apologies for the delay in opening the waitlist. While families are welcome to join the waitlist, please note that only a small number of places generally open up each year. Waitlist offers will be made up to 13 December 2025.
Participating Family Volunteer Registration
A reminder for families participating in this year’s program, if you haven't signed up to volunteer, please do so ASAP using the links on the Nippers volunteer webpage. If you have not registered to volunteer by 1 December 2025, your place in the program may be offered to a waitlisted family.
Calling all JAMS and Water Safety Team Members
The Wooli Nippers Junior Age Managers (JAMS) are part of what makes the Wooli Nippers Program special. As former Nippers, JAMS bring enthusiasm, experience and excitement to the Nippers session. Similarly, the program would not happen without the dedicated individuals who are part of the Nippers Water Safety team.
To former and budding JAMS and Water Safety team members, sign up to be a 2025/26 JAM HERE, or look out for announcements on the Club and Nippers’ Facebook pages on how to volunteer for the 2025/26 Nippers Water Safety team.
Age Managers and Assistant Age Managers Needed
JAMS are supported by an Age Manager (AM) and an Assistant Age Manager (AAM). AMs and AAMs are Nippers’ parents, volunteers, or adult club members who have completed Club-provided training and assist with coordination and supervision.
If former Nippers’ parents, guardians, or Club Members are willing to support the program in these important roles, we would love to hear from you — please contact our Nippers Director, Heather, at juniordevelopment@woolamaibeach.asn.au.
