Vice-President of Woolamai Beach Surf Life Saving Club
Oversees the strategic direction of Woolamai Beach SLSC, alongside the President. Responsible for Member Wellbeing and Welfare, as well as representing the Club’s relationship with strategic partners.
Special Events Race Director(s)
Responsible for the conduction of the three major club special events/fundraisers for the season, including the San Remo Channel Challenge, Cowes Classic and Little Penguin Dash. This includes the partnership with other interested individuals/organisations
Special Events Water Safety Manager
Responsible for the management of Water Safety and operations, permit applications and safety of the San Remo Channel Challenge, Cowes Classic and Little Penguin Dash.
Bass Coast Series Marketing Coordinator
Responsible for the typography, photography, iconography and illustration for Bass Coast Series and Woolamai Beach SLSC marketing, and all club merchandise designs.
Wellbeing Leader / Member Protection Officer
Responsible for the handling of member complaints/concerns, resolving and/or escalating these matters for the wellbeing of any and all members of Woolamai Beach SLSC. Typically fulfilled by at least two individuals, male and female.
Club Judiciary
Responsible for the follow up and resolution of behavioural matters within the club, when tasked by the Board of Directors. This group shall be formed when required and be made up of multiple members of the club of varying experience.
Sustainability Committee Representative
A platform for our members to discuss problems and brainstorm solutions towards creating a Greener Woolamai.
Grants Coordinator
Responsible for sourcing quotes for grant applications either directly or through other members.
Vice Grants Coordinator
Responsible for assisting the Grants Coordinator with sourcing quotes for grant applications either directly or through other members.
Grants Writer
Responsible for drafting grant applications.
